Welcome to the Maidstone Borough Council site for Interactive Services. Some services require you to obtain a PIN number from the council before you use them for the first time, for instance, to access your Council Tax account online. |

Registering at the Interactive Services website
It only takes a couple of minutes to register - just give us your basic contact details and choose a username and password. We will not pass on your details to any third party.
Why bother?
It is easier to contact us and request services. Also, you will be able to access multiple services using a single login.
For secure services you can request a PIN number to be sent to you by post. When you then log in you will enter the PIN once only and from then on you can request existing services and take advantage of new services as they come online.
When you have received your Council Tax PIN number you can choose to receive your Council Tax Bill electronically - look for "E-Billing Sign Up" on your Council Tax Account Summary page.
